Please telephone us on 020 7499 8882 during office hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with details of your order requirements. Credit card details will be taken over the telephone and a receipt enclosed with your purchase. By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

There will be a charge of £5 to cover postage and packing within the United Kingdom. If more than 2 items are being sent there will be an additional charge which will be notified to you when ordering.

CIRO aims to dispatch items within 1 working day from receipt of order provided the item is in stock.

CIRO jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a one year period from date of purchase. This means that should the product prove to have a manufacturing fault, it will be replaced. Any items which have been broken due to non-manufacturing faults, will not be returnable.

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any product ordered, please return it to us by recorded delivery. We cannot be responsible for any returned items not received by us therefore please ensure you get a proof of postage.

Please note:-

-	Ciro will not be responsible for the cost of returning any jewellery
-	Goods must be returned with their original purchase receipt
-	Items must be returned within 14 days of despatch
-	Returned items must be unworn and in the original condition in which they were sent out
-	Refunds are not available on pierced earrings for health & hygiene reasons
-	Items which have been custom made or resized will be non-returnable
-	Items purchased via the internet cannot be returned to any of our branches. They must be returned to the address shown above

All CIRO products should be treated exactly like your finest jewellery. Liquid jewellery cleaners are suitable for some products. However, using a tootbrush with a solution of mild soap and warm water will keep CZ products sparkling.

Pearls should be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth and kept separate from your other jewellery to ensure they do not get scratched.

Always put your jewellery on last! Perfumes, cosmetics, hairspray and other beauty products can harm your jewellery as the chemicals react with the metals and plated surfaces. Do not wear your jewellery in the bath or shower or whilst swimming.
